Loving Kindness Meditation
This guided meditation is based on the traditional Buddhist practice called Metta Bhavana. Loving Kindness meditation increases our self-compassion and our feelings of love for all people and all creatures.
We start by focusing on the breath. Then we direct loving kindness towards our self. We gradually expand our awareness as we extend loving kindness towards all others. Brain scans done on monks who practice Loving Kindness meditation show increased gamma waves.
Tonglen Meditation for Compassion
Tonglen is a meditative practice from the Buddhist tradition. This is a good meditation for developing self-compassion and love for others as you face your own pain and the suffering of other people.
Tonglen meditation expands your identity beyond the individual self. This is a powerful guided meditation for pain relief, whether the pain is physical or emotional. It helps you drop the ego's resistance, and it increases your awareness and your capacity to love. 20 minutes.
Improving Relationships Meditation
In this relationship meditation, you will go on a space adventure where you will meet an alien race on another planet. They will teach you a process for conflict resolution to help you improve your relationships.
Good relationships begin with being able to shift your perspective. Two of my favorite ways to shift perspective are through meditation and coaching processes. Here you get them both together. The music and pictures contribute to the experience of this fun meditation.

Relationship Anxiety Meditation
This is one of my favorite story meditations. The pictures, music and story work well together to create the right mood. The coaching processes are simple and effective. The story is worth listening to even if you don't suffer from relationship anxiety. 15 minutes.
Anxious Attachment Meditation
In this meditation for anxious attachment, you will learn how to heal your anxious attachment with positive affirmations, self-soothing, visualization, self-care, and creative activities that help you to self-differentiate in your relationships.
This meditation was inspired by the work that I've done with clients who have anxious attachment style. The exercises work well if you do them consistently over time. 15 minutes.
Healthy Relationships Meditation
This is a calm meditation with a rather humorous story character. It's a bit odd, but it may give you some new insights for working with your relationships. I recorded this meditation when I was recovering from laryngitis, so my voice worked well with the croaky frog character.
Attract Love Meditation
In this guided meditation to attract love, you will visit a magical rose garden, where you will learn the secrets of how to be your most attractive self, so you can attract more love into your life.
In this metaphorical journey, each different colored rose has a special message about attracting love. Most of the pictures in the slideshow were taken in my own garden. 15 minutes.

Shadow Work Meditation for Relationships
